Dust of Snow

‘Dust of snow’ is a beautiful short poem composed by Robert Frost. This poem expresses the significance of small things in changing one’s mood. The poet has mentioned crow and hemlock tree in this poem that are believed to be a symbol of bad omen. The poet was sad and depressed but when the crow shook the hemlock tree and snow particles fell on the poet, his mood uplifts suddenly. Through this poem, we get a message that we should hope for the best even in worst of situations. We must also remember that nature and its objects have the ability to make one happy and come out of hopelessness.
